Shashur Monastery: Founded in the 17th century AD, by Lama Deva Gyatsho, the missionary of the king of Bhutan, Shashur is a famous monastery of the Drugpa sect. The monastery comprises thangka paintings and wall paintings depicting the 84 siddhas of Buddhism.
